What’s included in ClearMax Managed IT
24/7 monitoring & alerting
Every server, workstation, firewall, and cloud service reports into our NOC. When something breaks, we know first.
Proactive patching & updates
OS, third-party apps, firmware, and security updates applied on a tested schedule. Zero-day patches within 24 hours.
Cybersecurity stack
Endpoint detection & response (EDR), managed firewall, email security gateway, DNS filtering, employee security awareness training, and dark-web credential monitoring.
Cloud backups & disaster recovery
Every endpoint and server backed up to encrypted offsite storage with 90-day retention. Full DR plan documented and tested twice a year.
Help desk
Your users submit tickets by email, phone, or web portal and get a real human, not a chatbot. Remote fixes under 15 minutes, on-site within 2 hours.
Vendor management
We own the phone calls to your ISP, your line-of-business software vendor, and your printer company. You stop being the escalation path.
Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace management
License management, user provisioning, shared mailbox setup, MFA enforcement, and security audits.
Technology roadmap
Quarterly business reviews where we map your IT to the next 12 months of company strategy. Budgets become predictable.
Who we serve in Atlanta
ClearMax’s managed IT sweet spot is Atlanta businesses with 10–100 users: law firms, medical practices, dental offices, financial services, construction and specialty trades, nonprofits, real estate agencies, and multi-location retail. We’re especially strong in compliance-regulated industries (HIPAA, PCI DSS, FINRA) where your insurance underwriter is asking harder questions every year.
Atlanta service area
Metro-wide response. On-site within 2 hours across Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, Perimeter, Cumberland, Alpharetta, Roswell, Johns Creek, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw, Decatur, Stonecrest, East Atlanta, and Airport District.
Atlanta Managed IT pricing
Flat-rate, per-user, all-you-can-eat:
Essentials — $49/user/month · monitoring, patching, help desk, endpoint AV
Week 1: discovery audit of every device, user, vendor, and system. Week 2–4: security remediation, documentation, backup configuration, monitoring agent deployment. Week 5–12: we run in parallel with your existing provider or internal IT while we verify everything, then fully cut over at day 90.
What if I only have 5 employees?
Our minimum engagement is 10 users, but we’ll still do the free assessment and refer you to a boutique solo-practitioner MSP if that’s a better fit for you.
Do you do project work, or only recurring management?
Both. Office moves, network rebuilds, M365 migrations, server refreshes — we scope and price those separately.
Can you work with my existing IT person?
Yes. We co-manage with internal IT teams all the time. Usually your internal person becomes the user-facing escalation and ClearMax handles the infrastructure, security, and NOC layer.
What happens if we want to leave?
Month-to-month after 90 days. We hand back every credential, document, and system with a clean runbook. No hostage data.
